Hiya, ive been out on a boat several times and caught nothing! But always people casting from the rocks at Torrievieja marina, and rhey catch too, tucket

I believe you have to have a Licence to fish from the shore? Is it true?

Yes you do need a licence and it cost`s about 26 euro`s.
