Social Sunday Bike Ride January 26th 2014

Hi, if you would like to explore the surrounding area / countryside & keep fit, why not join us on our Sunday bike rides. This will be a social ride & pace determined by the experience of group members. We will stop for coffee partway & sometimes a meal. Where possible we will avoid busy roads & use mainly various tracks, back roads, canal tracks, cycle paths etc.

Details of the next ride as follows:

Date: Sunday 26th Jan (NOTE - Always check this the day before, in case there has been any last minute changes. ALSO - in the event of bad weather, check this site by 09:30 on the day of the ride to see if the ride has been cancelled)

Meeting Point: Mini Golf, Quesada

Time: 10:30

Requirements:

Bike: Hybrid / Off Road

Helmet: STRONGLY advised.

Equipment: One (two better) spare inner tube(s) & tyre levers PLUS any tools you will need to remove your wheel & Pump.

Age: no restriction (I am 66)

The idea is to explore & have fun, so do come along.

Please reply to this post (or just turn up) to let me know you are coming, so I have an idea of numbers.
