Basic self defense for ladies starting 3 OCT

Basic self defense classes for ladies of all ages The classes will be fun, entertaining, exercising and engaging.

This is a 6 week course for 40 Euros. This will encompass all classes and paperwork for each class.

Weekly classes will be approx 1 hour long and will start with a basic set of warm up exercises.

Classes are being taught by people with over 20 years of Martial Arts experience

Classes are being held at Club Social Pinomar, Urbanizacion Pinomar, Lomas de Polo-Pinomar, La Mata, Guardamar del Segura 03140
