Free first introductory class to Yin Yoga and to meet Rianna Joanne Mculloch
this Wednesday at 12 noon at Quesada Fitness Gym

This is a special type of Yoga which specifically can target back problems and uses bolsters for support. Please book in if you wish to attend as Rianna needs to bring the correct number of bolsters for attendees use.Call 865774577, email [email protected] or book at reception please.
