FANCY LEARNING TO COOK PAELLA?
- Through out the year, Hermina will share her secrets and hosts hands on cooking classes for small groups on our farm.

Discover the local culture through gastronomy with a hands-on workshop. With Hermina's guidance and instruction, you can learn how to cook a true (Chicken) Spanish Paella! Once the dish is ready you'll be able to sit down and enjoy the food you have all prepared in a friendly and casual atmosphere! Numbers are limited to 10 people on this small-group experience, ensuring you’ll receive personalized attention from Hermina herself.

Classes begin at 12pm and last between 2-3 hours

Taste, enjoy, meet, discover, share and learn about the essence of Spanish culinary tradition!

Don't Speak Spanish?
No problem! Hermina speaks fabulous Spanglish and we always have someone to translate throughout the day!
