Learn the fighting art of Body mind & Spirit Kung Fu. Not based on conditioning or strength. Covers all aspects of self defence.

Practical 'street based' defence techniques based suitable for all ages & levels of fitness - no high kicks or 100's press ups!

Note, this may not be suitable for young children.

Saturday 10.00 to 11.00
Monday 5.30pm - 7.30pm Adults
