New Zumba classes

New Zumba class starting tomorrow at Ventura Fitness, Casa Ventura San Luis at 10.30am.

Also from Saturday 3rd November, new class starting at the new Rebe11ion Fitness studio in Quesada (opposite Bar Esquina) at 11.30am!

Hi Angie
Is there a age limit for Zumba looking online everyone seems to be very fit 20/25year olds a bit

intimidating for a older man.

No age limit at all, I have all ages from 30+ to 70+ and varying fitness levels in my classes and quite a few guys as well. Classes are done to your own pace and level, as long as you're having a good time, you'll be exercising without even knowing it. We have a lot of fun in the classes, and a coffe afterwards, so come along & give it a try!
