I'm thinking of joining a pilates class in hope that it will help with my sciatica.

Yes definitely Quesada fitness gym offer 3 types of pilates over 4 classes - Mon 6.30pm Tues 10.30 Thurs 9.30 or 10.30. Excellent and very knowledgeable teacher who will help you find the right class to suit you. Also great group of guys and girls who are very supportive. Go at your own pace and find out how pilates will change your life.
