Erin Shannon, a Yoga teacher, incorporating Ayurveda healing, meditation, massage therapy and psychology, is now at The Dojo on Fridays at 11.30am

Is this suitable for less supple people (like me) with aches, pains, tendinitis and a fragile neck? I would love to come if it honestly won't make me worse!

My advice would be to come along and speak with Erin. She can talk with you about your conditions and advise you if she thinks her class would be suitable for you. Yoga helps many people with conditions such as yours but Erin is the expert, to let her guide you.
