Zumba and Aqua Zumba classes

If you've never given Zumba or Aqua Zumba a try, come along and join our party! You can never be too old, too unfit or too uncoordinated, Zumba is for everyone.
Come join me and you'll see what I mean, you don't even have to know how to dance, I have a lot of freestylers in my classes!!
Just move your body and follow my lead and HAVE FUN. It's easy!!

Dance your way to a fitter, trimmer you for the summer: with cheeky shimmies and hip wiggling you will forget you came to exercise!

Aqua Zumba :
Thursday 10am La Herrada, Los Montesinos
Friday 10am Casa Ventura, San Luis
