As I said previously, dont judge, you haven't got a clue of people's circumstances, the person I know it was circumstances that was beyond his control end of story. I hope they extend it and improve the appt system so these poor people can apply to change from UK to Spanish.

Whereas I might empathise with someone who could not convert their licence because of things beyond their control but, there was a deadline and they are unfortunate. But I wouldn’t want to to see a relaxation applied for one or two unfortunates and allow a myriad of applications from those that chose to ignore the deadline as they were playing the system up to the 11th hour

I do know a lady who was adamant she wasn't changing her licence, she didn't and she still drives around without a care in the world. They are the ones that annoy me.

She'll soon care when she gets stopped or has a bump.

In all honesty, they're the type that don't get caught unfortunately, we can hope though.
