Car insurance in Spain

Good morning , I own a car in Quesada to use when I come over to our house. My question is does my daughter need any additional insurance when she goes over to drive the car . Thank you.

Think the have to be something like over 25 as it's the car insured not the person there's also a form you can fill in a available on the N332 site which gives her suthorisationy from you incase of a police stop
