Are there car sharing companies operating in Rojales or Torrevieja?

Seguro at the airport did a car share scheme. I used it for a few years and it worked very well for me.

What about insurance surely you are running a car rental business

Look at cambio.be
This company has a fleet of cars parked all over Germany and Belgium.
You get in by paying a montly abonnement and when you need a car you book it with the app.
Then you go the parking lot where one or more of these cars are parked.
The total cost is the montly bill (22€) a price per kilometer and I think the time you keep it in use.

I think so too. Just providing the link as an illustration of what I meant with car sharing.
