Hi all,
not wanting to be funny but, are you certain suma have not just changed your address for their purpose?? Reason being, Suma & Trafico are totally independent of each other, Suma is your local tax office collecting all municipal taxes, not just vehicle tax. Trafico is what it says, all things vehicle & driver, i very much doubt that a suma office can change the details on your vehicle documents!!!!!
Just a thought!!
