Car transfer.

I have purchased a car from a lady who has died suddenly in England last week before I could transfer the car to me. I have the bill of sale and NIE number and Logbook but not her passport as she was coming next week to go to change over.
Do I need her passport? She had no family so can't ask anyone for a copy.
Is there anyone who can do the changeover ? TIA.

There has been no action up to now I still would use Matt excellant service and rates reasonable
I still believe in the principle of Innocent until proved guilty

I've only heard good reports of one-way services since this incident.
As it happens thy don't deal with the OP's problem.

They did my last car transfer

One Way Services are an excellent company, their expertise in dealing with all aspects of Spanish bureaucracy is second to none. Matt, Craig & Co have not been charged or convicted of any of the allegations made!
