What are the current COVID rules / requirements for driving from Spain into France

Just download the form from any of the websites by googling saying travelling from Spain to France. It is just a declaration of honour and nothing more. Just driven from Spain to Belgium and was not stopped once, no road blocks on the motorways anywhere. It is available in English and French. Download both and fill in the French one using the Eglish version as a guide.
