Elche - Spanish driving licence

I went to Elche yesterday for my Spanish driving licence and took copies of the documents we needed plus photos,I did not need an interpreter as the guy was brilliant and helped me throughout He could speak English .I was told to take the small photos smaller than the passport photo ,I got my photos from the photo booth outside habenaras which cost 5 euros.The guy asked for both sized photos so I was glad I took them both.It took about twenty mins,easy parking,no problems.

Nowhere near that, I'm afraid. If you are on the N340 coming from Crevillente, it is before you get to the Carrefour, Decathlon, Media Markt complex.
On C/Fuensalida just up from the Mercedes Benz outlet.

I am going to change car ownership will I need a translator please and what will I need to take

I am sorry but I have never changed ownership of a car before.
