Electric car Chargers?

How do you use the ayuntamiento electric car chargers outside the Rojales car park (market) . Looks like you need an rfid card?

I have not used that particular one, but all of the Ayuntamiento electric car chargers are free. All the ones I have used (Mainly in Quesada and Rojales) are just plug and play i.e. no app required just plug in and it starts charging immediately. The down side is you cannot book them so you do need to take a chance as to when they are available, also one or two of them you will find one of the two sockets will not work. I just report it when I have that problem via Linea Verde and they normally sorted in a few days.
