Fuel prices

Just wanting to know where the cheapest fuel prices can be found in and around Quesada, Algorfa and Torrevieja. Called at Bp near Zico market and sin promo 95 was €1.43 per liter, which seemed ridiculously expensive.

There are 2 autoserve stations near Rojales which may suit. One adjacent to the roundabout near the new market area;the other adjacent to the roundabout as you enter Rojales after passing Benimar.2 others are the Eroski near Consum off the CV905 and another self serve adjacent to the CV905 after passing the Villa Salada.

It's going up everywhere. Quesada Gas by Tesco was 129.9 two days ago but may have gone up since then. Diesel has gone from 1.07 to 1.19 in just a week.
The BP garages are always more expensive than the rest for some reason, the one by El Zoco and the one entering Rojales from Benijofar have always been more expensive.

There is a new one by Burger King in Quesada which was cheaper but that has risen as well. Also a self service one at the roundabout as you enter Rojales from Benijofar. Both those you have to pay how much you want and select the pump and type.

UK papers reporting unleaded risen by 18p a litre in just a couple of weeks.

You could also google "Precio de carburantes" which will provide current price for all regions of Spain.

The more we use the automated stations, will probably mean less jobs for the local Spanish.
