ITV Phrases....

I’m going for an ITV this week and am aware that the Torrevieja location that I usually go to is getting mixed reviews regarding having to have a translator for the initial bit of the test when you are still in the car.

I thought I would print off and take a list of ITV phrases that might get me through the test.

I was hoping that some forum members with a better grasp of the technical phrases could have a look at what Google and Microsoft Translate have suggested and advise ?

Also - and it’s a long shot, does anyone know what order they run through the test of the lights, indicators, etc ?

Here’s my attempt.....

ITV Phrases...


Side lights - Luces laterales
Main lights - Luces principales
Full Beam - Hacer completo
Brake Lights - Luces de freno
Fog Lights - Faros antiniebla / Lucas de neibla?
Indicators - Indicadores
Hazard Warning Lights - Luces de emergencia / Lucas de advertencia de peligro ?
Windscreen Washers - Lavaparabrisas /

They do not require you to be able to speak Spanish at San Bartolomene. That is the point.
