SPANISH HEALTH FORM GLITCH

I just took a photo of the Certificate on my phone. Then went into the SPTH form and selected to upload from file. Then found and selected the photo file which was uploaded onto the form. If you have access to a PC and Printer you could even scan the Certificate and drag the pdf file onto the SPTH form. Hope this helps.

Am I right in thinking you do not have to upload your paper vax certificate, that there is a drop down box where you can fill in details and still get the QR cert to print off. Thanks

Hi you have to upload a copy of the actual vaccination certificate as far as I understand. There is no facility to just enter the certificate details to get the QR code.

We had had many unsuccessful attempts at uploading our certs. Pressing 'other' and completing the details will get you the QR code you need.

HI there

Had exactly the same issue today with the SPH form which took 3 hours to sort out and various abortive attempts.

Travelling from Portsmouth to Spain tonight on Brittany Ferries.

Tried different browsers, different forms, uploading different file types of the certificates, , my husband using a computer in Portugal, even just using the "other certificate" method - all with getting the "server is not responding" message.

Ended up changing my permanent address to one in the UK and manually adding my UK COVID vaccination booster details rather than the EU COVID Certificate from Portugal and that finally worked - thankfully!

Thanks to this post - as realised the website was not down, was not going to sort itself out and I just had to try and "fudge it" as other have done.

Seems the ferry app / option is very poor. There isn't even a iPhone app for the ferry version of this form.

Hope it gets sorted as I'm returning to the UK again in April and don't want to have to go through this trauma again.

Hope fully this will all pass muster at the ferry check in and Spain.

Thanks to all!!
