Suma Yearly Car tax

Suma Yearly Car tax

Postby tinak » Sun Jan 19, 2020 2:00 pm

I changed my english car over to spanish plates and when it was done the yearly tax was paid cash. The following year 2019 when the bill came I paid in cash at the bank. This year when it is due I will be in the uk, so where do I go to arrange that in future it comes out of my bank account by direct debit? Many thanks in advance for your help!

Just be aware, and I'm still not sure why, but last year when I went to my Suma office (Guardamar) to set up a direct debit they set it up OK but then told me it wouldn't cover that years bill and that I would need to pay that years by cash/card/transfer after it became due in April/May and the DD would kick in the following year. This was in early February . . . .

Yes, now it is behind the Bridge Bar... if you stand with your back to the church door the Suma office is in the street facing you on the right.. opposite Montaña pub..
