Switching car headlights

Hi all, do you know anyone that can switch car headlights to comply with Spanish regulations. We want to put our right hand drive car onto Spanish plates TIA

Have you first spoken to your local dealership, most cars these days have a switch on the headlight that changes the lamp position to european, or like BMW has a lamp that is automatic, do not be persuaded that new lights are required before asking your dealership, it can get expensive changing lights, also be wary of the lamp checking equipment in these firms that offer to do everything for you. You can end up paying €2000 - €3000 for something that should only cost €400-500 You will find a ITV station very friendly and helpful all you need to do is ask. So 1, visit a Torrevieja main dealer ask for a European lighting check or alteration, get a receipt, 2 go to a ITV station and ask them to assist , a couple of hours later you will be buying new Spanish registration plates, paying Spanish Road tax and paying for Spanish vehicle insurance...

I had a Mercedes cls rhd, and used the switches to change head light beam for Spain.
However, this only deflects the beam, it does not conform for the Spanish ITV.
I ended up purchasing new headlights, and having the one rear fog light position changed over.
