Trip to Bilbao by car

Hi my nephew is driving to Bilbao ferry terminal he don’t mind tolls not sure of the price anyone recommend the best route? Thanks Pete

Rojales to Elche, then to Albacete, Madrid (use the R1/2 ring road about 2.50 euro,) Burgos and up to Bilbao. Motorway all the way and no tolls.

Or use Via Michelin, put in start and end location and it will give a couple of routes like straight to Valencia, Zaragoza and then Bilbao. Think the last bit is a toll but Via Michelin will give you the prices.

Google maps, just enter your destination and it finds the best route for you, either avoid tolls r pay for them if you want, although it can be costly with not much time saving. Good luck
