You need to contact trafico in Alicante to change your address. SUMA is simply a collection agency who collect taxes on behalf of local authorities.

There is a lot of information on the Suma website and it is in English too. https://www.suma.es/

From what I can see on the website above, you may be able to verify your address for car tax/suma at any Suma branch and there is one in Rojales. It could be worth asking in there first.
The SUMA office for this area is in Rojales on the street by the church on Joaquin Gonzales 3.

Ferre Vidiella 4. In the San Bosco area. I think you need an appointment so Google trafico alicante cita previa. There is a phone number and an email. The website is in Spanish but Google will translate it for you.
In many places, you contact the town hall to change the address but Rojales in not one that does this.

A similar question perhaps. We are in the process of replacing our car with another newer one. For the old one we took the Summa renewal paper to the bank and set up a direct payment so that we did not have to worry about it being done on time. When we get the new car do we have to go to the bank to cancel it or to Summa office?
