As from Thursday 5th November the new local theatre company A.C.T.S. will be rehearsing every Thursday evening commencing at 7.00 p.m. at Benijofar Cultural Centre. A.C.T.S. has been created by former members of the much lamented Dramatic Licence and their aim will be to produce shows of the same high standard.
So watch out for their first production, the truly hilarious farce Don’t Dress For Dinner, to be performed at Benijofar Cultural Centre in March. Profits will go to Benijofar Social Services, for the needy in the town.
New members are always welcome, both on stage and as stage crew, so if you would care to come along any Thursday evening, contact me via this website, and be sure of a warm welcome to this friendly group.

The Cultural Centre is very close to the Ayuntamiento and Police Station. I don't know where you're starting from, but assuming Quesada...so go through Rojales to Benimar and cross the roundabout towards Benijofar. Before you get to the cobbled junction on your left there is a turning up a hill (with a furniture shop on the corner) and the Cultural Centre is at the top of that road. Hope to see you there.

Hi thank you for the information, I did email Tony but have not yet had a response from him. I'd love to come and watch u guys rehearse...I have just completed a Ba Hons degree in performing arts back in the UK. So wanting to use my skills...but hoping later I can get a career in it as have directed my own show and really enjoyed it.

You will be very welcome to come along tomorrow. We are missing our director who is on holiday but we'll be reading the 2nd act of Wife Before Death, which we think will be our next play. Auditions will be next week.
We start at 7.00 pm, so do come along if you would like to.
