NOTE: Tonight's processions have been cancelled due to the bad weather.
In previous years when there has been bad weather on the Friday, they have postponed the parades to the next day, but as tomorrow's forecast is for worse weather, they have been cancelled altogether.
No decision on Sunday's yet on celebrations.
