Hi all, I’ve a friend visiting in June and I was wondering if you know of any places that would do vegan food? Thanks

Hi,
There's a place in Los Montesinos called World Bite that offers vegan food. They have a website you can look up.

Paprika on Avenue De Naciones do vegan food but I have never tried it. There is also BEET vegetariano which I have tried. Neither are strictly vegan but both have quite a few vegan options.

If you are prepared to travel to Alicante you will find a lot more.

I have not heard good reports about world bite. Also it does not sell alcohol at all and will not allow you to bring your own and pay corkage

You can also use the app Happy Cow, in any location, to find vegan restaurants nearby.

My wife is vegetarian and my niece is vegan. Their favourite restaurant is Beet in Torrevija as it serves no meet or fish. My niece swears by happy cow app and using that we have visited vegan restaurants in Guardamar, Murcia and Alicante.
The Spice Hut in Quesada high street used to have a separate non meet kitchen, but have not been for a while so would need to check.
Often best to check any restaurants before hand to see if they can accommodate a vegan, but it depends how strict they are. Our niece does not like eating in a place that also prepares meat.

Indian restaurants can be an option as many dishes are vegetarian but can often be made vegan.
