Advice needed on conifers

We are interested in a property which is bordered by conifers.
Back in England we own a bungalow which some years ago suffered serious subsidence problems due to conifer roots. The conifers were removed and major underpinning was required.
We are therefore a bit nervous over putting in an offer as the neighbouring properties also have conifers.
Does anybody have any advice or experience please

Hi they cause problems with cracked walls etc but as long as they are not to close to the property you would not have any major problems.
