Building a garden rubbish incinerator

How close to a neighbours property can you build a brick incinerator for garden rubbish?

Would suggest you go to your town hall and ask.Is it yourself or the neighbour building this?
If you are on an Urb I would think your neighbours would be unimpressed to have burning waste.Get a licence from the town hall and take it to the tip by the waterpark

The licence is free of charge from the Quesada Municiple centre or Rojales town hall and much better than burning garden waste.

And setting fires is illegal from the middle of April to 16th October anyway. You also have to obtain a bonfire license which is valid for one day only.

My Spanish neighbour has built one against the boundary wall 3 metres from my house wall,not on an Urb, and he burns rubbish all year round.
