Burning palm tree cuttings ?

I'm having a palm tree "shaved" and wondered if it's worth keeping the dried hard fronds bit (not the soft matted bit), to burn later this winter in an indoor log burner fire ?
Just concerned there may be some aggressive oil or smoke problems with palm.
Thanks for any advice.

Just not worth it it will burn but not good heat.

We find, because of the oil in them , they make great kindling. but agree, they don't give much heat.
