They want a garden but they don´t want to do gardening, that´s not fair.
So, enough is enough. I´ve asked them to sort it on a regular basis, if they don´t I´ll hack all that´s overhanging my garden and chuck it into their gardens and THEY can dispose of it.
Well said Micky my sentiments exactly she does not keep it from growing arealy out of control, and I have done what you said.

Can I plese put this strait I have lived next to this person for near 14 years and have allways helped her out I wanted to build a wall around my front garden with a low wall and balestry at my expence when I was having the work done to my front I said about the bakestry she went weird and sId ho no I don,t like it so as its a boundry wall that was it I have allways helped her and allways cut the bush and pkaced the thorny branches in a bag and took them to rhe bin. This time it was realy left in a bad shape and even my wife cut her arm on the thorns she was away on holliday when I cut the bush as I do when needed butI placed the offcuts onto a pile of cuttings allready on the concrete on her half when she come home she said nothing I said to her if she can get a cutter. I would cut the top and her side and dispose her junk,, by the way its against the law to put cuttings in the bin.
So as far as I am concerned I done every thing to help her she is just a stubborn woman!,
