Good idea I got some old rusty clippers I will give you the addy you come and cut them, yea and bring some strong gloves a ladder as the thorns will get u. Duh!

Spot on the English law goes back to fact that you do not have a right to pick and retain the overhanging fruit from next door so whatever you cut off still belongs to the original owner.

If you had just chucked it away I'm sure there wouldn't be an issue.

Andy C look at page 3 of this thread and click on the link I posted re Olive press this will give. You an update as to the Spanish law re overgrown bush/ trees etc
