They don't ask any details of your actual waste. You just need to get the license to use the dump opposite the Aqua park. Can't remember what documents they need to see but you could ask in the Quesada Town Hall / Municipal Centre what you need to bring with you.

The roots will grow again, so may be best to dig down as far as possible and take out the roots but it's not always possible to get them all out, so maybe put a concrete tile or slab on top - We had to do a similar thing with our Bougainvillea roots as they kept growing - we took as much as we could out and then carefully poured some weed killer in the hole and then some gravel but you may be wary of weed killer with pets. I don't like chemicals at all on my garden but this was the only time I relented when a neighbour kindly came over with some after it kept growing back and said it was the only way to stop the growth. :(

Jan we will do something similar, as you say weedkiller one - off for the roots we did get the Oleander trimmed right back, but it seems to be very prolific and stubborn.
We can only try.

If I need a job like that done, I negotiate a deal with the young lads who are contracted to do our community gardens.
They do a good job and are, IMO, reasonable. They work for a company called Cistus.
