Boundary wall

Does anyone know the legal height of a boundary wall between properties please.

2 metres unless on a community they may have special rules .

On our Community it is 1.8 for a road side wall and for an inside wall within the Community,1.2 metres solid and the option of having two margarita blocks on top.

What if your property is on a sloping site? Our neighbor is lower than us buy about 1.5 meters would the height be determined by our property? I'm just weighing up my options.

Our community Standing Orders stipulate 1.8m including any balustrades

That would mean that the existing wall between us is 2.7 meters from their side. 1.2 from ours how does that work?

Ours side is 3.15 theirs approx 2.0metres as they have raised their ground level and built a new wall next to existing boundary wall??
