Buying in Atalaya

Hi, total newbie here. We live the vibe of Quesda and have been viewing some properties.

We are about to put an offer in on a Villa/Bungalow in Atalaya 14 that we love, but just wanted to know if this is a good place to buy/spend vacation time etc!

Any advice welcome! Thanks folks

Benimar/Benijofer/Rojales now offer more, it's a great area.

yes its first class stay in atalaya 18 peace and quite love the place had our house there now 15 years no worries it a nice place to live apart from the odd dogs barking its fine

We are in Atalaya 15 and its within walking distance of lots of restaurants and Mercadonna. Nice and quiet.
