Can anyone recommend a lawyer? -selling my house

I am reluctantly selling my beautiful villa in Benimar.

Can anyone recommend a reputable law firm that I can use to ease me through the selling process?

The original poster asked for a lawyer, at least one mentioned above is not a lawyer. There is a huge difference. I also recommend Esther at SGM Abogados in Benijófar. Perfect service, nothing too much trouble and most importantly everything went smoothly.

Jose Moreno at Sanchez Butron in los montesinos speaks perfect english and is a very very good lawyer

I have used SGM and agree Esther at SGM is excellent, but I thought she was office manager rather than a qualified lawyer.
