Hedge next door property

Morning need advice my nabour next door trees are damaging my wall cracks are appearing and the tiles on the top have been broken I tried to speak to him but he won’t listen any advice please

The first question is, is the wall shared or is it your responsibility ? If it is part of your property I would ask my local Councillor as a start.
I believe that If there are any branches on your side of the wall you are entitled to cut them off especially if they are damaging your tiles.

If they are not yours go to the Ayuntamiento, our friend did and they helped him to get it sorted.
