hi all

we are close to buying our first prop. in quesada as a holiday home
we have seen a 2 bed apartment in dona peppa 1 on the savilla apartments community
it all looks very nice and the prop. suits our needs
does anybody have /know someone who has a prop. in this area.
wondered why this prop. is still unsold after being on the market for some time !

Lots of properties have been on the market for some time in this area. New ones seem to be going like hot cakes but, for some reason, resales are in the doldrums.
You have a nice area and, if you have got a good price, then I am sure you will enjoy it.
We have an extremely nice property on our complex which cost 325,000 when new but has been on the market for 180,000 for over 2 years. It's just one of those things, I'm afraid.

we do like pueblo bravo and in fact had a offer accepted on a prop. only for the seller to change
their minds a week later
we have a tight budget so your prop.would prob be out of our limit
what are you asking for it, and where exactly is it situated in pueblo ?
