Hi
I have noticed on my most recent monthly electricity invoice that the on top of charges of E38.84 the charge for servicios y otros conceptos is E8.59. It seems to be getting quite high. Can anyone ell me exactly what this is for and is it recommended to keep paying it?

Better going into one of there offices and they'll explain what it's for.

When you signed your agreement there is one box that is crossed in for you . Its the appliance insurance .costing 10€ per month . You can cancel it. by phone or online
