Our community pay for the antenna for Spanish TV. We are a block of 24 of which 2 are Spanish.

I thought it was law that a community had to supply Spanish TV, Is there a president on here that knows the facts?

I think you will find the community must have Spanish tv even if only 1 person wants it.

Interesting that you say "install" Spanish TV rather than maintain; as above, my understanding was that it was law from when first built.

Yes it is, we have a small community of 21 properties, the Spanish tv was installed at beginning but as years went by some put in there own systems and took Spanish out, anyway owner sold to a Spanish guy who naturally wanted Spanish tv and because it had been taken out demanded community put back after legal advice we had to reinstall to his house.

You only have to install the aerial and cable to the property It is the property owners responsibility to have a receiver and tv set.

As an ex President of a Community albeit in Marbella area, I believe the law is the same for all over the country, you must install spanish tv at the cost to the community.
