Map free house insurance

Hi. Anybody used Mapfre for their house insurance, and if so, what’s the feedback please? Thanks.

I have. They were good for home insurance, but awful for health insurance.

Had a bad experience. Told by local office that I could claim for my expensive laptop. After jumping through all sorts of hoops and providing various paperwork some of which I had to pay to get they finally told me that it was more than 3 years old so not covered. Everyone involved should have told me that from the start and saved all the trouble.
