Town halls issue a limited time padron for 3 months to enable you to apply for residency.

I did not say that non residents could not sometimes sign on a padron or that it was not often demanded for residency applications but be that as it may in no way does it alter the fact that LEGALLY only residents are entitled, and BTW required, to be on a padron.



Only residents are entitled to be on a padron, end of story!
