Presidents of Urbs

Do any of you live on an Urb that has a president or spokesperson for non resident owners?

Also, how do you contact your president if they don’t have email address?

If you cannot contact your president , you should contact your
administrators for any information you require including details of your President

Thanks. I wasn’t sure on the correct procedure. The president doesn’t have a way of contacting them via email so it’s difficult when you don’t live there.

The president will be for all of your community , you don’t have one for residents and another for non residents.
I could just imagine the opposing views and arguments at an AGM that will surely last all day lol.
Most communities seem to run either WhatsApp groups or Facebook pages as a means to keeping in touch nowadays.
If you haven’t got the contact details then get in touch with the administrators, who should be able to give you the presidents information. This information should be readily available in the case of an emergency. For instance if any serious damage was to occur during this long weekend, you wouldn’t be able to get a response from the administrators until Tuesday

Great advice. Yes, I see what you mean about having arguments. :)

Just want to say a massive thank you to BILL who went above and beyond yesterday with his private messages and offer of help regarding my question. What a lovely man.

I’d also like to mention BABSIE who commented ‘surely you can ask your neighbours these questions’ and then felt the need to private message me the same comment twice today, two hours apart. Not sure why my question angered you so much.

I don’t want to start off on the wrong foot, so I’ll learn to use the search before asking questions.

Have a lovely Easter everyone. It’s lovely and sunny here in the UK and we’re getting the garden ready for Spring.
