Property Management

Hi All

Being stuck here in UK for so long now we are becoming concerned about the state of our property in Quesada although we have a property management company, Quesada Housesitters.

Has anyone heard from Judith recently ?
We been trying to contact her for some time now.

And now I see the latest post on her Facebook dates from May 2020 ((

In previous years we have used Judith's excellent service for holidaymaker changeovers. We tried to contact her at Xmas and also in March to let her know we were no longer doing tourist rentals. No reply on either occasion which we found strange as she is normally very efficient. It would be good to know she is OK, if nothing else. She updated her personal Facebook page more recently on 6 March.

Jessica and David Hayes are property managers who manage properties in Quesada and La Finca. I can recommend them, they have run their company since before 2005 when we first met them.

I’ve exchanged messages with Judith this afternoon. She has had problems with her phone but it’s sorted now.

I'm in regular touch with Judith and she's fine. Things have been fairly quiet business-wise so she's had a couple of short breaks while she can. but it's starting to pick up now.
