Rental company recommendations

We are looking to rent out our 3 bed villa situated in Lo Pepin and have contacted a number of companies for quotes etc. Can anyone give any recommendations, experiences or advice on the following:

Quesada Holiday Rentals
HAD Rentals

Or any other suggestions. We would like a company that is reliable as we will be in the UK

We rent out our Quesada apartment from April to October and use HomeAway.com. They are an online company, part of the Expedia group and advertise worldwide. The website is easy to use to upload property details, photos and to manage your bookings. Their charges aren't too bad either. The thing I like the best is that the people who use their website seem to be genuine, family-type holidaymakers not rowdy groups, at least that is what we've found over the last 2 summers.

Quesada Housesitters manage the apartment for us doing cleaning, laundry, bed-making, meet and greet the guests and are on hand to sort out any problems that may arise.

We find it works better for us than using a local company to do it all. Make sure you have your rental licence though for short term lets.
