Hello ...
I was wondering if anyone can give me some information about renting out an underbuild ..
We are looking at buying a villa with an underbuild for extra income ..would like to know if its worth it ,,does anyone else do it and how to go about renting it ..

It is illegal to use an underbuild for habitation unless you have a Habitation certificate for it
You must remember that any under build/sotano would need the necessary licences and planning permission to make it into usable rooms.

Windows doors will all need to meet the necessary requirements and any living accommodating must have a minimum height of 2.5 meters.
