Nice to be part of this very informative chat forum. Lots to read! I’m moving (permanent move) to Quesada in Feb/March of ‘24. Anyone here recommend a good solicitor who is also keenly priced in order to deal with house purchase?

We would be more than pleased to advise you on what you need to be considering and be aware of and, if you so desired after that, represent you with your move..

Our fee, for a consultation of up to an hour with our fluent English speaking Spanish bar registered solicitor is just 99€ including iva.

Presuming you are still in the UK this would take place over the phone or, if you preferred to have a face to face meeting and travel over, that could be arranged also.

Once you have had your consultation, if you wish to then engage our solicitor to represent you, your 99€ consultation fee will be deducted from the fee for the work he will then subsequently carry out for you.
