Thanks for responses, looks like gas wins it.
Can There is a bottle at the property, not sure what gas but the bottle was silver. Probably colour coded somewhere but I only saw it when viewing the property.
Can I ask, i take it the prices being quoted are for exchanging an empty for a full, if we wanted a second bottle for back up what would the price of that be ?

Yes, the price quoted is to exchange for a full one. You can buy another empty one off here or market place for 10 euros which is the going rate

If it's a silver one it will be a cepsa we buy it from trucks that come round twice a week we pay €20.30 for it we also get a heavy orange one from Repsol and pay €18.00.
