Suma required for Community’s with Gardens and Swimming pool

Are there any Community Presidents ,who can inform me that Suma has to be paid by their communities if they have Gardens and Swimming pool facilities .?

Not sure what you are asking but I know you will pay Suma on your own home weather in a community or not. Regarding paying for up keep for pools and gardens are normally
paid via your community fees!

Yes we all Individuals pay the local Suma and Suma for rubbish collection ,and we all pay our share of the community fees annually .
The Suma I’m referring to is obligatory tributario concept : imputes biens inmuebles Urbana ?????
Which we have now been presented with by Suma
We have been told by our administration,that it refers to having a communal pool in our communal gardens
Which all the owners and guests have access too .

Not heard that one, I am President of my Community and our Administrator has not said anything to me about paying a SUMA bill for the communal pools in our community gardens.

It's your IBI similar to council tax in UK. It's worked out on your catastral value of your property

Yes Karen I’m aware of IBI being paid on individual properties ,which we all pay,but have never heard of IBI being paid for Community Gardens and use of Community Swimming pool ?

B&B never heard of this and we have a communal pool. Would certainly check this out as doesn’t sound right.
